PALEO Zucchini Fritters – Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free!

PALEO ZUCCHINI FRITTERS
Makes 6-8

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cup coconut flour
salt
1/2 cup nut milk
2 large grated zucchinis
1 brown grated onion
Coconut oil for frying

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except the oil into a bowl and mix until you get a pancake batter.
Fry in a pan on medium heat like you would a pancake. Serve with dill, mayo and eggs or greens!
